Passionate about fostering a love for football in the community, Bryce plays a pivotal role in the Spirit International Football Academy’s mission to empower young players and create opportunities for growth, both on and off the pitch.

As the Football Operations Manager, Bryce Lenders plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of all aspects of the SIFA football program. Acting as the central link between players on educational bursaries, their parents, schools, and internal teams, Bryce fosters a structured and supportive environment for both athletes and staff. By overseeing operations across multiple departments, he ensures that players, technical staff, and support personnel can thrive in a safe, well-managed, and high-performance setting.

As a scout and coach, Bryce also combines his deep tactical knowledge and keen eye for identifying talent to build pathways for aspiring footballers. His experience includes coaching youth teams such as the Pinelands High School U/19 Girls and District 6 FC U/18 Boys, where his motivational skills and game analysis expertise have left a lasting impact.
